Once a player has earned the rare permaban hammer from CCP is it just that person’s game character that’s permabanned or is the actual person banned and all the know accounts? Is it allowed for someone who was Perma banned to still play on alts accounts or create new accounts?
Also, if they are allowed to play on alt or new accounts should they be allowed to fund those accounts with proceeds they earned from the same activity that created the permaban?
Maybe you should make a support ticket?
