If you have both of your ships together, a high speed interceptor would be able to tackle you both, assuming he has two points fitted. I mean, sure, I don’t know your tracking, but you write you have 30km range and (myself at least) tends to fit interceptors as super fast paperweights, so …
… make sure you don’t keep your ships too close together, so they can help each other out if necessary.
