What is Your Favorite Marauder?
Despite several rounds of nerfs, what’s your favorrite Marauder? (first and second choice allowed) Feel free to share your Marauder love, your favorite fit or what (if anything) you’d love to see changed.
My current favorite is hand’s down the Kronos (350mm railgun fit) followed by the Paladin (Pulse laser fit). I really love the look of the Babaroga, and while I have one already - I still haven’t figured out the ideal PvE scenario for it.
Things I would love to see:
• T1 Bastion with a (shorter) 30-second timer
• An improved T2 Bastion with a 60-second timer
• The hull/armor/shield bonuses returned to all Marauders
The Vargur seems pretty good for PvP from what I saw in videos, but never got around to buy a Marauder myself. For my gameplay I don’t see a reason to use one, and I prefer Blops anyway.

I pick none. Marauders are cringe imo.
Kronos looks the best. Lots of firepower, but it has weak defense. If you sacrifice all your defense, you can get it up to 4k DPS. With my fit, I have 3k
The one which produces the most expensive lossmail. 
I am excited about the Babaroga, but ugg, it’s too expensive for what I need.
That would probably be the Babaroga, but I’m sure you can turn any of them into an expensive lossmail with enough purple. 
Just for the record: I didn’t write nor imply I’m the one who’s going to fly nor pay for it.
Paladin hands down. Prints money like no other, still decent in PvP engagements if you aren’t solo. And since I only use it to print money, easy win here.
Kronos looks the best. Insane DPS and application short range. Still enough range (with Blasters + Null) to wreck Havoc in most PvP situations, enough to secure the location you want to secure.
Vargur is a well-balanced mixture of between Kronos and Pala. Doesn’t hit as hard as the Kronos, applies well over all ranges, still reaches pretty far out for decent damage. Jack of all trades, best of none.
Golem is an incredibly good fleet-supporter with it’s bonused TP. If you are not alone and have some webbing support with you, that thing can be real nice additon to your fleet. Free choice of damage, insane range with Javelin Torps and a hell of a tank makes it a very convenient ship. When grinding Money (aka PvE), unfortunately the last spot. Too many application problems against smaller and faster targets cost too much time.
Babaroga not tested yet. Will probably be insane for PvP, better than all the others. Probably not beat the Pala in PvE.
Golem as it’s what I’m most trained in. Missiles and shields.
I only have it because pre-2020 I used to run lvl 4’s with the corp.
The thing hasn’t undocked in over 5 years.
“Marauder” suggests something that is aggressive. Not something that is stuck for 60 seconds and cant be remote reppeed when using its special ability.
Yeah, I was sadly disappointed when I bought one. It stays on a shelf now.
Used to be Paladin. Now it’s Babaroga. I’m not even a Trig ships fan so much, but Babaroga has a lot of potential the other Marauders don’t.

Technically the Paladin because I prefer Amarr ships, but the Kronos helped me massively through this garbage Trig Invasion phase where I was able to progress sites and systems on my own and even against trig player support. And it looks sexy. … Sexier than the Paladin where CCP botched the Marauder animation completely and made the ship look like a salesperson running around with their hawker’s tray peddling cheap goods to people. 
Speaking of Marauder animations, which is everyone’s favorite? I’m partial to the Kronos but the Vargur would probably be a close second just for uniqueness.
