What in the living heck is wrong with society? I’m singing while walking and people are staring at me.
The key is you have to stop walking and sing while standing in place. Helps if you turn a hat upside down on the pavement in front of you. After that, you’re good.
Bonus: why make music videos the easy (and clean) way?
(Yep, the singer just vocalized the lyrics backwards so she could lipsynch with the final audio)
The algo on my end got borked again so I’ll oblige:
I used to have the album which this song was on and listened to it over and over again until the tape of the cassette wore down:
This message has got Ish thinking about performing a dump of all the music tabs open on the browser.
It would be kind of insane even after just three weeks since the last time Firefox was closed with a private session still open and so all tabs were gone for the fourth time this year, and a new collection was started.
Specially if they were dumped in the same order as they are arranged, left to right.
Too insane, probably.
Probably.
Not just insane: some stuff there is kind of embarrassing. Better stick with the regular schedule.
And now, for something completely different…
Neil Halstead - Witless or wise (2008)
Just a ittle thing I stumbled upon, forgot to post it, lost it, then found it again and here it is.
Music and cinema are powerful.
Three men with loaded guns decide who’s going to shoot whom over a treasure, but they have only one chance to fire…
As the tune from a music watch plays, a man with deadly eyes thinks of his dead son and daughter in law, who shot herself while she was being raped. Revenge is coming in 3… 2…
A thug with a rifle shoots a dead man, over and over again, but a stove plate and a revolver vanquish him. Bringing a rifle to a gunfight wasn’t that much of a good plan, was it?
A teenage boy tries to stand upright as his older brother stands on his shoulders and crushes him under his weight, his neck tied by a hanging rope. The boy eventually pases out, and many years later, revenge will be served with a unforgettable tune.
Strong images accompanied by haunting music. It was what made those 4 spaghetti westerns such classics. I have not seen any of those movies in probably 4 or 5 years, but still can remember every scene. Every move. I saw them for first time as a kid back the 1970’s and once Upon a Time In The West some time the 1990’s. But over the years have watched them from time to time. They still hold up, in my opinion, after all this time.
Though I will note that John Wayne hated Clint Eastwood’s cowboy. As he felt the cowboy should be the knight of the plains. Not the morally questionable and often times not such a good cowboy. That Clint Eastwood portrayed in his movies.
