This hauting melody helps me sleep.
Lyrically, its theme is: once you have confessed to a wrongdoing, you can’t take it back, and have to suffer the consequences.
You shouldn’t have to be unable to take it back once you have confessed a wrongdoing, and you may not have to suffer the consequences.
The only consequences that you should have to suffer for confessing to a wrongdoing is the wrongdoing of being against the Holy Spirit which not even Jesus can forgive.
The rest of it, if confessed properly, and with actions taken, as a consequence of the wrongdoing, and not of the confession, should be forgiven, and the consequence of the confession would not be to suffer, but on the contrary, to be saved from the suffering.
So, no, the theme description and logic is and was wrong , on both counts.
Additionally, due to the title of the song, there is a suggestion of lies, which is used for deceit and also one of the greatest if not the greatest weapon, or, if not used with other weapons, of the perpetrator of the confusion, and allusion of confusion.
Confusion and confession are not the same thing(s).
In fact, to suffer as a consequence of confessing wrongdoing would defeat the purpose, and would be like confessing wrongdoing to the wrong person, or to someone with intent to harm and cause more wrongdoing perpetually.
There would be no benefit to do so, and, due to the conflict or moral conflict, would be in fact treacherous and against what is good.
Now, you can’t take out the fact that, to be able to confess properly, and to be able to confess wrongdoing properly, which by the way, confession of wrongdoing should be the only thing confessed, as one cannot logically confess something that is not a wrongdoing, even if it is a wrongdoing of someone else; one has to be accepting the consequence of his actions, and act responsibly to correct the problem, and not be letting himself be trapped by the wrongdoing, which would have caused his death.
Now, that is not to say that others should be justified to try to cause his death even if they wrongfully try to cause his death by delays and interfere against his procreation, or interfere against him being able to enjoy the fruit of his work and the benefit it may bring to society.
Also, to support social wrongdoing and to support people who do wrong in society is also not benefit to society, even though they may want to lie that it is good, as a protect or conflict against what is good and of virtue.
It is no news that deceit, and to make oneself pass as good when wrong, and to talk against others when they are right, to steal from them, and seek to forfeit their rights and property is not good.
So, to confess properly, (not to confess property, as if to possess someone with property which is a wrongdoing) and to be forgiven for the wrongdoing, one has to be able to apply the proper understanding to the situation so as to avoid the problem to be repeated.
That is not to say that someone has to try to avoid to be responsible for the problem, since that would void the benefit of the confession and that would void the benefit of the forgiveness, by making it impossible for one to have a proper change of heart, or, proper understanding, and improvement from one’s behavior, not based on social decision to hold someone responsible in bad faith when they are not.
I would and no one would have any use for such a society.

Her manager tells the story that she showed this video to Pharrell Williams and he literally fell on his knees, amazed and speechless by Rosalía’s performance.
