What the hell is wrong with my game or this game in general ?>

So i decide oh ill go yeet a few ships to learn to pvp and etc right

no macros btw keep in mind

fight flight I get range and its going good but out no where my ship just stops dead in its tracks and no amount of spam clicking or trying to move it would work so the ■■■■ o was fighting was ofc able to just roll up and shoot me and give me a ? yeh same here like wtf is that bs ?

second fight I get range again coool he tries to slingshot me and it almost works but i manually pilot it to not go down but again out of no where my ship starts spinning and alligning to different spots, lucky i was able to warp away but i had to restart my computer to get it too stop.

3rd fight same bs i get a easy kill and out of the blue my ship stops like a ■■■■■■■ rock but lucky for me he warped out and i just alt f4’ed i dont need this bs in my life

so what the ■■■■ is wrong with this garbage game?

Did you check your game log for details?

Could have been this thing or two:

Yeh I dident get webbed it says until after my ship was sitting there like a fucko

I also dident get webbed when it spazzdd out snd started to align all over the place, that one is a little ■■■■■■ as lioe I said I had to restart my pc to get it too stop

Never heard of such a behavior. If it was not a module activated on you or you internet connection at fault, then i’d say your PC probably has some integrity problems like faulty RAM or something else.

Are you sure your ship started to ‘‘align all over the place’’ or was it your camera that was pointing all over the place?

You should probably record your gameplay, this isn’t a very useful description.

Even if I could help you after that utterly useless description of your issue, I wouldn’t after this line.

Eve has been around for over 20 years, so clearly if you’re having an issue that absolutely no one else is complaining about, it’s the game and not your system?

Nah, this line tells me you won’t listen to any advice we have to give, so I’m already muting this thread before it wastes any of my time.

Enjoy.

sounds like a mouse/keyboard input failure issue.

None of what you stated makes sense in any sort of way, if this would happen to someone on the regular we would know about it.

This is probably you miss clicking things, messing up the camera by miss clicking things and having no idea what just happened. To then blame the game for it, akin to someone yelling “hacker” when killed in an fps.

Try a different mouse, see if that helps?

If your mouse sometimes accidentally doubleclicks instead of single clicking that can explain why your ship is aligning in strange directions.

This is all we need to know right here. Its most certainly on your end.

Can I have your stuff?

About a year ago I had to switch from Spectrum to Frontier Fios for something like this. Not necessarily your problem, but this game is inherently network delayed/determined.

Ive had the mouse double click issue a long time ago. Got a new mouse and voila problem solved.

It would have been nice to get some technical info regarding the issue at hand. But instead, the op just rages and picks up his ball and stomps home.

It really does sound like a defective mouse to me as well. I have lost count on the amount of razer mouses ive thrown away because of the spinning and double click problems theyve had.

keyboard shortcuts inadvertently being hit? hate when i lose focus while typing a msg and find my ship is now aligning because one letter is shortcut for align.. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
