trasher , both the autocanon and the arty options are good
coercer , both the pulse and the beams
dragon . algos , kikimora (kinda op but expensive )
even the catalyst if you sit at 0 on a low sec complex ,
My two favourite PvE ships are Moa and Gnosis. You can get a Gnosis to 1000 DPS with the right modules, though the average new account will probably manage 350 DPS or so, which is still pretty good and will cope with most PvE. Also the Gnosis can be got to good EHP tank levels…even my noob alpha account has one with 75K EHP, which again is good for PvE situations.
