When is the server singularity updated ?
There are no abisas on the market abyssal filament 
3 to 4 months (last one was on 27th of march) so end of June or July will be the next one. For filaments you need to check for filament boxes on the market.
You wont find any as they are not seeded on the test server.
Whatever you had in inventory on your live account is what was copied over and you cant buy them.
