There seem to be very few of these on market, how are they obtained (I assume data/relic sites) but if so are they region locked at all?
The most consistent source of these that I’ve found comes from the wrecks of NPC Capital and Supercapital wrecks. They have a low chance to spawn in belts and in the last wave of Haven / Sanctum combat anomalies.
I’ve heard of people finding them in Data Sites as well, but it’s very inconsistent and rare.
