Where can I get ded lp now that the invasion content is gone?

Trig sites still spawn in Pochven, so that’s probably the most likely spot to get it. Of course, running trig sites in trig space sounds like a PITA (because you need standings to do anything), but some people apparently do it (and make a lot of money in the process).
I don’t know if any trig sites still spawn in Minor Triglavian victories. Probably worth checking out if you haven’t done so already.
You cannot convert Concord LP to ded LP.

Metaliminal Plasma Storms also spawn Trig sites. There are currently storms in the Stain and Tenal regions.

Really? I have not had one trig site spawn in 3 days. And I am in a metaliminal plasma storm.
That’s jus the info I get from my research. According to storm tracker on EvE-Scout they are supposed to spawn trig sites. If I had to guess it would probably be where the storms are strongest.
