That seems to be about right for the packaging of something that is several million or 10’s of millions of ISK…
and if you go by old speculated lore or whatever 1 isk is equivalent to 1 year of salary for a family of 2 adults and 3 kids to live comfortably for a year in planetary script(think USD here)

The icon does not look like its something thats supposed to be inside the body. It looks like a walkman or something that is supposed to worn on the belt.
Also, if most of the m3 is packaging it seems they would be able to solve anything in the future (EVE) except using massive amounts of bubblewrap and paper in shipping

For big heads, about two meters. The capsule seem pretty big in the game, could be to accommodate our clones’ oversized heads.
