Thread to discuss where seeded skills on market can actually be found currently as well as explain newbies where they should be available.

There are School Systems (systems with a station owned by one of the school NPC corps you can start in) that should seed all the general stuff (School Systems includes all Starter Systems, since your Starter System has your School Corp).

Then for T2 and other skills that are considered more specific, you have to find stations owned by some specific corps that belong to a faction that is considered a heavy user of this. To find these use EVE Tycoon .

For example Amarr Drone Specialization EVE Tycoon (the seeds are the orders with above 90 days duration - and no players can generally not buy them out, they (mostly, maybe always) restock immediately).

Skills should only be available in their respective race’s stations and empire space. It is quite fascinating that some Caldari skills are not generally and widely available in Caldari space, but Minmtar skills are.
