I apologize for the likely lame question, but I’m having a time trying to find information on where we get these skills. Seems various areas on the web indicate the skills are in circulation, but I cant, for the life of me, find where to acquire them. Any intel would be appreciated.
You can just buy/inject them directly from your Skills panel.
Many skillbooks are acquired from NPC in the schools.
Some more are only avail at specific places
Some more are not seeded and must be obtained by specific actions.
Those that are seeded can also be acquired at an additional cost(+30% ?) in your personal skill, if missing.
Personally I add all the skill of a skill plan automatically, the +30% is not a problem.
If you are a new player, IMO you should use skill plans to have to worry the least about that.
I’m not seeing the ability to just buy/inject these and no market data, none in Jita, Dodixie or Amarr (haven’t checked Hek)
Looking closer at your skill, I just dragged 'n dropped and it bought it and voila. It was there. I had no idea that was thing (so sorry, been many moons since I’ve done much with new skills not on a market board)
press the rightern red background book button to remote inject the skill.
AFAIK batch sequencing is not seeded.
same for basic induction, hub promotion
I can see player BO but no NPC SO.
Actually checking the orders I can’t see SO at all (all are buy orders)
