Why doesn’t CCP have some token gift on a character’s anniversary. On the 5, 10, 15, 20 year at least?

Because of the vast amount of accounts that no longer belong to the original owner… for starters.

Because a lot of characters are alts of 1 person and therefore loses a lot of impact.

I am one alt of many. And I’d be plenty happy with a little five, ten, fifteen, and soon to be twenty year token of some sort.
Nothing of value. Just a virtual badge or something to show recognition for helping CCP pay the bills all these years.
