Seriously, when will they fix this bug? It’s so annoying to see my wallet balance decrease instead of increasing. And even according to some strange rules. Are the developers trying to show off their programming? Do we have to deal with errors, lags, and other nonsense every day? It’s been this way for weeks now. The wallet balance display works fine when it increases, but more often than not, when I increase it, it decreases. What the hell.

Highly doubtful but maybe you’re getting hit with fines from Customs Agents at Jumpgates for transporting illegal Contraband items…
Some items in New Eden have a ‘Legality’ tab which lists various consequences for transporting those items through different Factions space…
Penalties range from fines (5% to 75% of market value) and cargo confiscation along with faction standing loss…

When money is deposited into the account, the icon lights up, and the amount changes in real time. It should increase, but I regularly see a minus sign and it decreases. Yes, it’s not really decreasing. I’m just seeing an error. And I don’t like being bothered by this every day. No one fines me. This doesn’t happen on every account, and I don’t really understand why it happens. But it happens specifically when the account balance increases—instead, it shows an animation of the amount decreasing, and the calculation is not based on reality. It’s unpleasant to see a crazy calculator.
And by the way, the SP displayed in the launcher for each pilot is also completely out of touch with reality. This, too, should have been fixed long ago.
Deposited “how”? By a manual transfer? Or if someone buys something off the market from you? Or when you earn bounties?
Your personal account is obligated to pay “taxes” on several income sources, so anytime you get a bounty payment, a small part is sent to your corp as “taxes”. Every time someone buys an item from one of your market orders, you have to pay “sales tax” to the SCC.
Does this explain your decreases?

Do you find these -500.000 ISK somewhere in your personal wallet history? What does it say in the description for that transaction?

No, everything is fine in the history. Moreover, the amounts are fine too. The error is solely in the visualization of what’s happening and in the calculations at the time of visualization. It just irritates me that my template is constantly being disrupted by incorrect display. That’s the point. It’s a simple bug that hasn’t been fixed for weeks. And I’m not the only one with this problem. I’ve talked to the help chat, and others have confirmed that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue.
