Have you disabled DX12?
The game is bloated with useless 
by devs who can’t deal with old code but add more on top of it, no wonder it freezes every 2mins and overheats CPU.

I think it’s in the client settings.

Had to overclock my CPU to keep the game running smoothly…
Yep having same issue. GPU running high and power usage as well running very high.
Could run 8 clients before the patch nps and smooth now it lags/freezes like every 15 to 20 secs
for 2 to 3 secs. Is even worse in whs as can lag/freeze for up to 6 or 7 secs
