Eve suddenly has an issue where it won’t let me re-sub my account with the same debit card I’ve used a dozen times before. Just curious if anyone else is having trouble trying to give these guys money?
I’d think, you will get better/faster help, if you submit a support ticket there:
Happened with me a few years ago. Same emails, same accounts, same yearly subscription, and have done it a number of times. Ended up being on my banks’ side and sending money to Iceland.
and yes, customer service is much better choice that bitter vets in the forums.
