Anyone know why this might be happening? I installed following the eve-uni guide and it’s working fine, it’s just that every time I open an account from the launcher, ~/.eve/wineenv rebuilds itself.
Permissions are fine.
I wondered why my system was so active at that time (I get a lot of disc activity), thanks for the info. First time I saw it I thought it was ransomware encrypting my data…

You ought to get a little popup reading “The Wine configuration in x/wineenv is being updated”, if it’s that. But yes it sounds about right.
No pop-up, maybe I disabled it.
