I’m surprised that Ubuntu doesn’t offer them. Debian has them. Try adding a Debian repository.

Good idea, I found a slightly more safer solution, by simply downloading the files from here: Debian -- Package Search Results -- dxvk

Installing was possible without errors, executing dxvk-setup run though, but without any feedback. EVE is working with DX11, but the performance drop is still around 40% when compared to DX9.

This might be caused by the fact, that my system is now completely messed up with my recent wine tests (e.g. currently running with wine-4.0-rc2). So maybe I just wait a bit longer until all the Vulkan stuff will be less bleeding edge.
