huh are you buying plex to sell for isk to buy a char? is so you sell that on the market do not try to move the plex fly to one of the trade hub systems like jita or amarr or dodixie and redeem them there.
can also put them in plex vault and then travel to where you want to sell them then move them back to item hanger (never put them in a ship and fly with them people will gank it)
