Want to buy character that CAN fly the porpoise, no need to have max skills as implied from title

if you “just” want to fly it … its about 1.5 months to train … 50k SP/day gets it to about 2.2Million SP

thats 5 large injectors = 5B isk (ish) if you make a new character and transfer it, catch the 1million sp before that, then it’s just 3b plus 500 plex to transfer.
