Caldari/min/amarr/gal/ede/precurs
Frig/dest/cruiser/BC/BS to L5 with all that have all those kind of ships.
Also T2 weapons and L5 support skills for all
Marauders/Hac/Hic/intercp/interdic/blops/recon
All to L5 and min carrier L5 can fly decent carrier and decent-ish dread. Not to far of flag cruisers.
