This toon has been upgraded since I received him. For example he couldn’t ffly7 a Prospect before. I upgraded him so that now he caan which made him a candidate for the OP. There were other upgrades as well. The skill packages and Omega are not free. They cost me $USD. The time spent upgrading also needs to be taken into account.
