Would highly appreciate if the char has:

Missiles maxed (all support skills at V)

T3 Cruisers maxed (all subsystems V)
-
Strong focus on Cruisers / HACs / Recons / Command Ships
-
Excellent Core Skills (Eng, Capacitor, Shield/Armor Compensations, Targeting, Navigation all V)
-
Good Drones support skills (especially for PvP utility: ECM, Heavy/Medium/Light drones)
-
Clean history (no corp theft / no negative sec status preferred)
Not looking for:
-
Capitals / Supers focus
-
Industry, mining, or non-PvP oriented SP waste
