good day Pilots

I am looking for a extra pilot I can get for my brother for the holiday season .

Primarily looking for a pilot which can handle an Zeugma Integrated
Analyzer , along with a Stratios .

some trade skills would be great as well so that he can better sell the
cargo he might be able to gather from scanning

My budget is around 12B
