Ah, it’s been years since I last did this.
Well they went radio silent since the isk was sent so I might have just fell for a scam we’ll see.
I am not so sure but you might have trouble recovering your isk. but atm only 13ish hrs have passed so id recommend you to wait few days. 
CCP has a history of making things right. They don’t tolerate scams here. They will permaban people who even attempt it. @Electric_Meatball give it a few days and submit a ticket here if you don’t receive the character: https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/360011834800-Contacting-Support 2
@Eno_Arba @Meeko_Gloom This is probably an honest mistake, but I would get the character transfer started immediately if I were you. CCP logs everything.
I know it hasn’t even been 24 hours yet technically but I’m just adding this here in case it’s relevant later because I don’t know what’s happening with this transaction at the moment.
i would go ahead reach out to support and let a GM handle it… show that screenshot with them.

Maybe it was premature but I mean, you can’t just take a vacation mid transaction. That’s bad business.
