That’s about what I can tell you to do. That said, I’d open that ticket now as scamming on Character Bazaar is not allowed at all. It carries hefty penalties. So, if the OP would like to speak up, now is their only chance before the thread is closed and escalated.

Apologies. I obviously clicked the wrong character for transfer 
I started one ticket immediately and then another five hours later due to lack of reply. I would appreciate it if CCP could assist with this so if you could escalate it that would be appreciated…

If CCP fail to fix this within 48 hours please just trash the character and I will transfer the right one and pay the fee again to make this right.
