can u not use plex anymore to Transfer Character?
i think you need to put the plexes for transfer on the char and open a ticket for char transfer
tryed all that not letting me not using c.card have 2 plex in plex valut not letting me use them so may have to send your isk back
you need to open a support ticket. until they enable the transfer for plex again.
