Did you send the isk, because if you did he just scammed you, and because scamming is not allowed on the character bazaar you should contact support and get isk back/maybe get him banned?
The reason he thinks he is so clever is because this is not is thread, he was trying to sell a different character, however that was totally unclear and therefore he is scamming if he did not clear it with you before hand (as in created a new thread to sell it, since he canāt do it hereā¦)
