First of all, thats ridiculous, second, please read the rules for this market.
Rule B-7: Items cannot be listed among the character’s valuable assets, only skills, implants, SKINs, and reputation. You are buying/selling the character ONLY and nothing else. Ships and items can be readily bought or sold on the market for ISK.
You should never have had any expectation of receiving 6.5B in assets, if you had read the rules. Because none of those assets are even allowed to be traded/transferred on this market. The Seller can ONLY value and trade their toon by it’s skills, implants, skins and rep.
