Is this a normal situation?
I have recontacted CCP Support as per the email i sent…its down to them… if i don’t hear from them in the next hour or so i will re contact to try and escalate…in the meantime if you want to contact them its raised as …Request #1706316 maybe a push from your end may give it a bit of momentum
