ok so i can understand you want some value for your implants but you have extracted the character and only left the skills to keep the character as an sp farm. the most people would pay for this is 4.5b. but you want the buyers to cover your transfer fee too, what do you want them to do, send you a check to cover the your transfer cost? good luck selling this.
I was initially interested until I saw this char can’t actually fly a scanning ship, or really any ship at all with no core skills or ship skills.
would probably sell a lot better if you trained up a month or two to add those back in
