Exuse me, can i pay for a Transfer by Plex, or i must pay for my Card ?
It has to be via currency, paypal, etc. now. They discontinued using Plex a few years back.

I dont know if this is relevant to your situation, but I do believe there is a work around if you are based in Russia. I would reach out to support or a ISD for clarification.
