So what’s the deal? OP lives in a country sanctioned and unable to pay via card, I put in a ticket to verify that the process is seeing attention and I’ve gotten no response in going on 3 days. I don’t see a pinned thread saying that Russians can’t transfer accounts and that sanctions have been around for like 2 years now so what’s the game plan?
Russians can still raise a Support Ticket, to conduct the Character Transfer.
Sadly this is the only method at this time, and it should be noted will be slower than other methods. The no transfer for plex rule is still in place for non-sanctioned countries.
