The extraction price is much lower. The toon is unfocused with wasted sp in mining and missiles. Doesn’t have T2 Triage, none of the capital gun specializations are trained. It needs work to be effective. You have 5,983,000 wasted SP that would need to be extracted and re-injected at a loss to shore up the spec skills that are lacking, the remote capital capacitor skills, and the lack of T2 Triage. I’ll offer 45 bil because if I actually want to use this character i’ll have to rip out skills and re inject at a loss.
