Your Capital Ancillary Shield Booster is heavily overpriced… Even though you have a high shield bonus your reload time is still above standard. If I was going to pay 14b for this mod I would at least want 44-47 reload… You would probably get a sale around 7-9b but even at that you will probably wait a LONG time!
