Well if you pay full Jita prices for minerals (Which most people do not do in null sec) then you are looking at 94b ISK in minerals (probably around 85 or less for most null groups). If you claim that built it is worth at least 450b ISK (likely a bit more than that) then a 350b ISK BPC is a good price.
