FYI it is worth checking the Arataka Research Consortium discord for these. There are people there who will pay for ones that haven’t been documented yet. Looking at the spreadsheet, 81251 and 81249 have already been collected and the videos are public over at ARC. Those two in particular were pieces of the Skyhook video prior to its reveal.
Edit: Some people there just like collecting the items themselves, too, even once the fragments have been archived and made public
