CCP have been under the pump with support tickets at the moment however they will eventually get back to you.

So i guess the endgame is he sells the character as many times as possible and transfers the money out.
He got two sales at least for what 900 billion?
Transfers the isk out.
ccp refunds the isk but his wallet just goes negative.
then he just skill extracts the character for about 150 billion in profit and deletes.
he’s made over a trillion isk and can do it again.
So ccp doesnt take the isk that was given by the buyer, but creates new isk for the victim buyer. and scammer seller doesnt get banned and just gets -wallet balance and i guess cant sale the characters anymore, but he can extract them, using the isk he stole. so he made few hundred b isk?
why would he need such a strange scheme but in the end just extracting the skills out to clean up negative balance of the wallet?
Because he can’t receive isk on the character any more due to a massive negative balance.
So he skill extracts, sucking all that value out and just buys a new one for 400b or so.
that puts him at 600b in profit after buying a new character on a new account he can sell as many times as possible before the first refund kicks in.
