DECOY is a Null-Sec PvP Alliance based in Delve
Mostly a tight-knit group of Fanfest / Meet-Up regulars and long-term vet pilots ; our pilots have flown with every major alliance in the game and decided to start our own project with our momentum and energy. We initially setup with “No Blues”, but very quickly realised this limited us more than it helped us. We’ve had some incredibly successful brawls recently and are looking to bring in individual pilots, small groups of players and ambitious corporations into our team that want to scale up alongside us.
Part of the OnlyFriends coalition; DECOY lives on the border to NPC Delve providing a great balance of constant content and resource-heavy space. We have historically been a catalyst for major nullsec fights which you can read about on the EVE Forums:
We have a buyback program, manufacture/research facilities, Keepstar access, SRP, 30m m3 of ore every 4 hours, high-end combat anomalies, officer-spawning systems… and content-based objectives. We also have several RL meets per year, and access to loads of content.
