Considering CCP choices in balancing, explain to me something first, if you think they do so such good job.
For example, I can fit only one anci armor rep, but why I can fit 3 shield ancis? What is the reason why I can have ungodly levels fo shield active tank? Is that desired? If that was desired, why suddenly nerfing it? Its too op, or it isnt? Who decides that? CCP, and they do a bad job.
