The reason why they do not communicate as to work progress is that it must be pretty hard ■■■■■■ up, and they don’t have a ■■■■■■■ clue what’s going on.

Unbelievably insulting that they still post a message that ambiguously implies the problem might be on the user’s end. As if it isn’t bad enough we lose subscription time they compound the insult by having their customers completely waste their time rebooting, resetting, etc. They would rather further crap on their customers than take ANY responsibility. Am I gonna get time added back on to any paid subscriptions? Or are you going to define usable as flying around blind in suicide gank land.

So my question is, why won’t you ban the one person who is responsible for about 90% of the Trolling in these threads? Ban me too if need be. As frustrated as people are with the company’s response, you could at least ban the loser that has nothing better to do than troll all their threads.
My status for today.
Was able to login with my Omega, had chat, was working fine for a few mins after which it became laggy. Logged out, was able to login with one of my alphas but now not able to login on any account.
Any updates from CCP today?
Cannot get past the Authentication screen on any of my Omega accounts.

Same here. I was able to log on about 15 minutes ago, had some chat. Now I get message that game client could not be successfully started.
my connection has been totally unstable for 5 days now… Handshake won’t initiate, and after numerous tries and happen to get in, it’s excruciatingly slow and ends up disconnecting every time… Today, I now can’t even get past the authenticating login… What’s going on???
Yeah, mine is just getting worse too. It is ridiculous now. The lack of communication is mindblowing. Are they even in the office today?
There are many realms in wow that are sharing the same online experience. Called cross realm zones / connected realms. Eve online doesn’t do it this way. They don’t have anywhere close to the infrastructure that blizzard has, nor the bank account.
