"After the last couple of weeks we have had some amazing feedback from all of our Empire members and CEO’s after listening to the members leadership have now decided to take action to move forward with future plans.
We have been working very closely to a group over the last weeks to ensure the future of our member base and our active corporations are rewarded for there efforts over this P I R A T E war witch numbers have been out of this world.
Our plans have always and will be to be a sov holding alliance witch we have been working towards and negotiations with Winter Co have progressed to the point for us to be a sov holding alliance under Winter Co ( fraternity and friends.
We will also be joining with a large US PVP corporation 100+ members at this point but will be joining us in our new formed alliance.
Alliance corps are welcome to join providing small corporations grow and if not are able to grow we ask they merge with bigger corporations for the mean time in the new alliance.
We have had to make some hard decisions regards to direction of leadership which we now feel that is moving in a positive stride.
@everyone I can inform you all leadership groups will be joining us from our Diplomat team to our Fleet commanders and there will be more roles that will form as we will be a new sov holding group.
As a sov holding alliance we are able to receive all benefits as being a full member to Winter Coalition like our own alliance holding structures and all Upwells also Winter Co providing full SRP for our alliance regards to fleets. We will also hold full standings with all groups of Winter Co witch means safe space for ratting and mining for our members to help all corporation make isk and help them grow in to good sized corporations.
From where we stand myself and Dave cannot stand to see Empire burn no longer as we have formed great relationships with all members and corporations and we would like this to continue. The name of our new alliance is VINDICTIVE.
We ask the all members remade on alliance services like Team Speak and discord as this will not change and any questions we are happy to pick up on at anytime.
