What you did is illegal and can be considered as a scam to sell twice the same account. i will flag and report you to be banned
ISD closed to topic and told me to open it again. You made transfer to the wrong account and according to rules transfer is under the buyers responsibility not mine. Even so to save your money I opened a ticket, and flagged it. Nothing is illegal here.
Secondly I dont know if you want to keep the deal. You will get back your money or not, depends on ticket resolve. If still want to progress I dont sell to anybody and wait for our deal. This is up to you. But your reaction is totally wrong on the part of selling the “same account” which transfer not completed already.

You don’t understand anything. This is not an information you disclouse. It known by forum already. There is old topic and ISD closed one topic with that to open sales with the same toon that you want to sell. That does not mean seller is responsible for the transfer. BUYER responsible for the transfer and BUYER MUST make the transfer to the toon that will buy. I tried to be helpful on that by tickets and explanation but not anymore. We agreed on one thing discussion is over. This is my last message also.

I see that the character the isk was sent to and posted the sale for Mibarven was sold on the 15th of April, but you used it to post the sale for @Mibarven_Tania_Sinaka only 4 days ago. Which would indicate you were still in possession of the character.
Unfortunately the incorrect character posting was not picked up in time to prevent isk being sent to the wrong character. However I will request you do not post anymore sale threads.
I will be closing this one and referring this matter for investigation.
