12 months subscription through Steam not working

Guys, help me out with this cause I probably made a mistake or haven`t understood something.

I just purchased a 12 months subscription through Steam, I logged in and still saying I`m Alpha.

Then I realised the account I`m using is actually CCP account linked to Steam Eve Launcher.

Am I unable to use that subscription for my CCP account?

I checked Steam Support and I can`t ask for refund, I contacted them anyway.

Anything bought from steam only works on accounts made through steam.

If all else fails you can use that 12 months for a skill farm transfer to plex and plex your main that way.
