So two days ago I bought a 30 day subscription for my account through steam and still my characters have alpha clones.
I tried to ask about this on the steam forums first but I didn’t get any response there.
As this is a billing issue, players will not be able to help you. Please file a support ticket under account and billing.
In order to allow the billing team to help you, please provide the support ticket with Steam purchase or transaction numbers.
