Subscription through steam

I recently purchased a subscription through steam. Steam says that it went through, and I can see the subscription time winding down on steam’s end, but it never actually applied to any of my accounts. Am I missing something about how this works? I never saw any option to select which account it applies to.

I put in a ticket with CCP, but it’s been several days with no response. You’d think that a billing issue would be a priority.
