Ok for you are factoring in the actual cost of the extractors, which I was not doing initially. But yea I didnt think there was a way around me paying the transfer fee. I suppose unless I get a buyer to send) me the money ahead of time using venmo or something. I definitely think its reasonable to ask for another 1-2bil if I am covering the transfer fees. Were that the case, I think 11-12bil is still a reasonable asking price.
