Ow I agree that it does not promote confidence. But I would also like to remind myself there is no one out there in the industry doing these kinds of things. Which helps me with dealing with unexpected longer down times. Also, ccp has been known to do some form of compensation when stuff does go wrong.
Also I would like to use this time to properly prepare you for the next big overhaul of the POS code. That will either happen this year or early next year. Because that is going to be a doozy and if that does not cost a day of downtime I do not know what will.
