Local delayed by up to 10 minutes? I have a character sitting in a system for the last 30-40 minutes and local is still blank.
It is said that players encountering unscheduled downtime are more likely to subscribe and buy stuff from the store than players not experiencing it.

Local isn’t the only affected channel. I’ve been logged on for well over 10 minutes now and my local, alliance, and corp chat’s are still FUBAR. Re-logging does nothing.
Why is everyone shooting each other in high sec without concord doing anything? Think concord broke.

From what I remember of devs talking about this, Tranquility is quite the mess of a server after the past 15 years of accumulated code from different updates. No matter what they do to Sisi, they cannot replicate TQ’s behavior and thus all the things that are tested on Sisi basically have to be tested in production by putting them on TQ and then re-patching as needed. As much as they’d like to fully test everything on Sisi, there are several reasons why it will never eliminate all bugs that TQ will end up having with a patch. I’m sure it does help eliminate many, tho. We’ll just never know how bad patch days could be without Sisi, so… be thankful for that mystery.

Yes, but CCP has given out SP to compensate people for not being able to log in and play during long, multi-hour multi-downtime outages in the past, even though their skillqueues were fine and kept training. They seem to prefer giving out some free SP to all rather than say extending everyone’s omega by a half a day or a day or whatever.

Any suspect or criminal flags? Is it possible that’s a war going on?
I just got a report that Concord did show up at a HS gank attempt a little while ago. Not saying there isn’t an issue, but it’s not totally dead.

Totally could be. It’s got me curious about if crime watch is affected by the Local issue though…
When I try to change the channel settings of the fleet channel no menu opens, but I get a permanent gear icon at the place where I clicked the icon.
